If a client cancels a paid service before the start of work, BookNewPath will issue a full refund. If work has already begun, a refund will be made only for the portion of services not yet performed. No refunds are available for completed work.
BookNewPath acts with professional care and diligence. However, we are not responsible for indirect losses, data errors provided by the user, or third-party delays beyond our control.
All personal data collected during cooperation is handled according to Swiss privacy rules. Information will not be shared without legal necessity or the client’s consent.
